What the deck does well
- Olivia is a flying lifelinker that makes a Treasure when your outlaws connect and spends Treasures to put +1/+1 counters on your whole team.
- The creature base is full of outlaws with useful attack and enter triggers, from Dire Fleet Daredevil to Captain Lannery Storm.
- Mardu colors give access to solid removal like Council’s Judgment, Curtains’ Call and Shoot the Sheriff.
Where it struggles
- Feed the Swarm costs life and Hex needs six targets, so both are awkward answers for an aggressive Mardu plan.
- Angrath’s Marauders and Mass Mutiny are slow, top-heavy cards that do little the turn they land.
- Humble Defector, Life Insurance and Idol of Oblivion are low-impact cards that rarely move the game forward.

Verdict
Most Wanted has a clear plan and a solid commander, but too much clunky filler dilutes the outlaw beatdown. Tighten the curve with evasive outlaws, cheap removal and a real Treasure payoff and it becomes a fast, fun aggro deck.
